Senior research associate Pamela Reid

Pamela Reid started her career as a researcher in 1989. After working for several New York City-based research firms, she joined Helen Akullian Associates, a firm that specializes in publishing, healthcare, marketing and public and corporate communication. She spent five years there as a researcher and interviewer. Pamela is a former actress and holds a BFA/BS in theatre and political science. She has a Masters degree from Brooklyn College in television production.

Researcher Theresa Tarantino

Theresa Tarantino is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a BS in computing and decision sciences. She spent a majority of her career with AT&T as a computer programmer/analyst supporting marketing and human resources. One of her major accomplishments during that time was developing a first-of-its-kind compensation and quote tracking system. At Fox Resources, Terry focuses on database and online research.

Interviewer and executive recruiter Joan Goldfracht

Joan Goldfracht has 17 years experience, having worked across industries including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and consulting. She has recruited staff at an executive level for Fortune 500 companies in engineering, IT, finance, sales and marketing, R&D, general management, supply chain, and more. She has also worked on various data collection and research assignments in Europe and for nonprofits. Joan began her career in human resources, moving through progressively more responsible staffing and training positions at financial services, healthcare and a management consulting company. She has a BA in English and psychology from Simmons College, Boston, MA.

Researcher Sandy Lambert

Sandy Lambert comes from a corporate background, with 20 years of market research and interviewing experience in diverse industries including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and pharmaceuticals. Her strengths are in candidate development, developing collaborative relationships, and identifying talent based on client specifications. She has ten years supporting major banking organizations and simultaneously partnered with retained search firms. She also has led, co-managed and directed staffing projects in leadership, staff and revenue producing roles. She is known in the community as an ethical, results driven professional. Sandy has a liberal arts undergraduate degree.
